So, this person isn't quite an Agumon, more an Agumorph - there is in fact a story behind the whole "morph" and how it differs from an Agumon. :P As well as someone named Mizu http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19728416/
While not actually a brother to him, the two do have somewhat of a similar origin story - tied to the fact that they are somehow able to evolve - which in the process makes them become fully Digimon.
