No, it's all for style. The creation process of his design is actually quite dumb... Before I joined FA, my user name for everything was Wolfen320, but I wanted to give myself a real name when I joined here, since almost everybody had cool names. I wanted to keep the name Wolfen, since that's what I've used for several years, so I just added the last name Shadow. I did not design my sona yet. I was wanting something with white and blue, but because that didn't match the name Shadow, I decided to go with Black and Red (one of my favorite color combinations). I just doodled around on an empty ref sheet until I came up with a design I was happy with (my current one).
