Look at the gender tag... He is a hermaphrodite, more on the male side. I use hie/hiz pronouns sometimes.

That is certainly a kick-ass outfit; the criss-crossing belts and the knee-level stripes echoing them break the long, vertical lines running down the side of his suit nicely. And a great overall color scheme, too!
