The blade does come in handy in a number of fights, though... especially the final one, gawd. It made it so much easier.

I don't think I would have been able to beat the game without it, actually. XD;

I used it a lot, too. I was like "FUCK YOU ALL, YOU KILLED KING AND TOROKO, REVENGE!!!!" and kicked everything's ass. Honestly, it makes "Monster X" a lot easier when it's at level 3.

Oh, and, if a small guy asks to trade you your sword for his "fabulous gun", say no. If you say yes, you will get a chicken gun when at level 3.
