I popped in a few times as you were finishing this up... talking about what sort of text to use what Huey Lewis was playing... how does that whole Ustream thing work, 'cause I thought you had to have a webcam to broadcast, but it looked like you were showing directly what was on your screen?
There's a few apps - SuperWebCam for PC, and CamTwist for mac, that capture your desktop and redirect it to the stream.
Of course, with an actual webcam, you can film yourself or film something off the computer, or put a picture-and-picture of yourself drawing on top of the capture or whatever. :)
