Because I dont really have the energy to dig through my junior high and elementary school notebooks to find my original furry art... Heres the recent evolution of Kappy. This was originally for a post in a Livejournal community, but it could work here too as well. It shows my progress as an artist as well as the changes that my character have gone through.

For the record, I was 13 in 2003

Commentary:

2003 - Anatomy? Whats that? :3 Coloring is nothing but that wrist cramping press-on-pencils extremely hard "style"..

2004 - Gaining a little sense of anatomy, but still not improving much.

2004 (2) - Watercolors! :O And a little bit more sense of anatomy, and shading!

2004 (3) - Experimenting with colors. Those wrists and arms are terrifying.

2005 - Trying to cope with the all black coloring for the most part. Tried out just flat black. Didnt work too well, though.

2005 (2) - More sense of anatomy, accompanied with better knowledge of shading. And a somewhat original character design.. :P

I dont have a picture of 2006 because I dont really draw Kappy that much. o.O
