So, meet Chiku the Cape Fox! (Her room mate is Si'Ara. (no link yet) )
She has lived in Zootopia for a few years and makes a living as an online article writer, so no one knows she is a fox. She is a well loved writer and has always considered showing her face, however, she has also loved performing and has been dreaming on sending in a demo take of herself singing to try and be the next big thing.
No, she has no relation to any of the other characters in the movie. She is only supposed to fit into the world.
I had fun trying to emulate the style of Zootopia and I think I got decently close.
Yes, she has two arms, but the angle was weird and I wasn't paying attention.
