A commission I did for  cyberhornthedragon, for Katja, Merlot and TigerTau, who unfortunately lost their little one :( I wanted to do a somewhat monochromatic drawing, but the rosebud in colour, so that it was the main focus of the picture.

"Life, like a rose bud its beauty and fragrance is unknown

Only its immense potential in a single bud breaking open

Till the day it opens to show all eagerly awaiting it
