I can never express how truly in love I am with Kingdom Hearts... The emotions, the characters, the music, the level designs, the INTENSE FAST-PACED & AMAZING BATTLES AND COMBAT SYSTEM! Oh my God, I love everything about Kingdom Hearts... I truly do...

It's a franchise that has truly touched my heart and holds such sentimental value for me... it's 1 of my 5 favorite franchises, and each and every one of those franchises means a lot to me, not just because they are good games, but because they have been there with me for a long time and have helped me through so much; they coincide and reflect upon an important time(s) in my life. ... But out of all those franchises, Kingdom Hearts is different... Kingdom Hearts touches upon such beautiful and strong emotions. Love, friendship, inner strength, finding your way, knowing what makes you who you are and what makes you feel alive... Kingdom Hearts isn't just a game to me, it's so much more than that... so much time i spent with my sister during the first few of these games, we both used to bond so much over this game. And she's practically a second mother to me... The nights i stayed up talking with my friends while playing this game, and the connections i formed with them... The questions these games have made me ask myself... I know some people won't understand how these games can really be THAT big of a deal to me, but that's ok... I don't expect many people to understand... and I dont care if others think poorly of this franchise, or think poorly of someone who puts so much value in something as "stupid and pointless" as a video game... But I know what Kingdom Hearts is to me... it's not perfect, I'll admit that, but it more than proves its worth to me and many other fans...

There's so much more I'd love to share about what Kingdom Hearts means to me but that's best saved for another time =) Maybe when I start making fan art of it for myself, or when I make a Let's Play of the games? ;3 *wink wink*




So anyways, this awesome piece of art was created by Bano Akira! (Who I don't believe has a FA, but i'll link his Tumblr!) Spike decides to do a little cosplaying as Sora, and takes a nice rest somewhere with some sea-salt ice cream and his favorite keyblade. Staring off into space, he starts to ponder his life again... something very common for Spike and I to do when we aren't busy doing other things... too bad we're usually very busy these days XD; Nice work on the Oathkeeper keyblade too, Bano! Thank you so much, that keyblade actually means a lot to me too ^^ Since I made a promise to someone very dear to me by my necklace that has that keyblade on it...
