Koda's Berry Journals. Season 2 (First Journal.)
Here is this month's story about Koda and his Berry collection.
I think you will get a little bit surprised over what kind of new development you will find in this one.
(Plus can you tell which recent Disney movie I had in mind while working on this? )

"Hey everyone!"
"Koda here, and I have something super important to tell you all!"
"I think I just might have actually found someone that I feel very deep emotions for!"
"I was just making a quick visit to the lake to quench my thirst when I suddenly spotted her! She was such a beautiful female bear, and she was just drinking of the water right at the spot where I usually stand!"
"I wanted to just introduce myself to her, but I got a slight panic and ran away! (Don't blame me! I wasn't prepared meeting her!)"
"I instead decided to quickly find my big brother Kenai, and ask him if he had any advice on how to properly approach females."
"He was just a clueless as me first (As he too wasn't prepared that I would suddenly come asking for something like this.), but then he told me about something he used to do back when he was a human."
"A ritual of giving gifts that was called something along the lines of "Valeentinies Day" or something?"
"But then he also said that it was always taking place during February, and that made me almost go insane!"
"I had slept right passed it all, and I had to wait until next year to try again!"
"That's when I remembered that if I didn't know about when this thing took place, then she too wasn't fully aware of it and I could still give her a gift!"
"I made a rush back to my stub headquarter and quickly grabbed a handful of my berries (I had been restocking it since I woke up, so no worries that I gave her old berries! XD) before I ran off in hopes that she would still be by the lake."
"To my luck she was still there, and I build up some courage to talk to her."
"I called for her by saying "H-Hey!", and you could probably hear by the tone of my voice that I was pretty nervous of talking to her. (But who wouldn't be that when trying to speak to a new girl?)"
"Luckily for me she was very welcoming of me, and I formerly introduces myself and about my new hobby of testing out berries and collecting them. (And she sounded like she actually was interested in what I was saying!)"
"It was then when she saw that I was hiding some of them behind my back, and it made me remember that I was suppose to gift her also!"
"I quickly held them out to her, and nervously mumbled some random info about the berries that I made up on the spot. (Since I had forgot just which berries I had brought her.)"
"She first sniffed at the suspiciously, but then she seemed to trust my good knowledge of berries and ate them all."
"So...what do they taste like?" I asked her, as I hoped a description of the taste would help me remember what berries it was."
"Well, they kinda taste like...Peas, but warmer." She told me, and it took a few seconds for me to figure out which berries I had been giving her, but when I realised it all that came out of me was a regretful "Uh oh!"."
"The female bear was about to ask me what it was that made me say that when suddenly she saw that her fur was starting to change colour!"
"It turns out I had been giving her the "Polka Dot Belly" berries, that besides giving (like the name says) a polka dot pattern on the belly it also changes the fur colours of the user to something completely random depending on who eats it!"
"And in her case the fur was starting to get a orange coat with black stripes on her back and legs, and a white underbelly! (With the added polka dots that was blue in her case.)"
"Looking at her own reflection in the lake she could see that she also had some very thin black stripes across her face and starting just from outside her nose. (Almost looking like whiskers.)"
"At first she seemed devistated by what had happen to her (And I felt I royally screwed up), but then she started to laugh as she made funny face to herself via her reflection."
"After goofing around for a while she asked me "Can all of your berries do this?", and I answered "No, but many of the others have completely different and awesome powers!" back to her."
"This seemed to make her really ecstatic as she asked if we could maybe see each other later some more times."
"I would love too! My name is Koda by the way." I said, to which the female bear responded with "My name is Akana." before she said she had to run off and "Surprise my parents with my new looks!"."
"I don't know how to say this, but I think I just got a girlfriend!"
