Rust bucket is an old humanoid robot prototype.
He sounds like rusty hinges and an old dial up modem.
The design was scrapped and the technicians moved onto a new build because he was mostly useless.
He has fallen into disrepair, not much would be able to be salvaged from him besides maybe the lightbulb of his right eye so he has been left as-is until he simply falls apart.
But, that's not stopping him.
HE is annoyingly happy and cheerful and says the wrong things to cheer people up constant, he doesn't understand sarcasm and is unable to lie.
He is surprisingly good at pulling random useless facts out of his databanks, such as the population of india in 1997.
