Commission artwork by
EdTheBorderCollie
I've been wanting to commission Ed for sometime. However, my feral gray squirrel has no reference sheet. Then, I remembered he has done some transformation art pieces in the past. So, I sent him a proposal describing the product and if he was interested he'd have semi-free reign with where he went with it. I simply asked he do some critter other than a canine. This is what he came-up with and worked my description into the resulting artwork.
Meant to be a play-on-words on all those late night infomercials for inversion tables for relieving back pain.
Remember, for permanent back pain relief, nothing beats the Critter Conversion Table 3000™!
Better than an inversion table! The transformative powers of the Critter Conversion Table 3000™ will cure your back problems in just a single 20 minute session!
I'll admit, I'm not a opossum fan, but it is very fitting in this case. Ed really went to town over this and I think I was undercharged for the amount of work he obviously put into it. Much appreciated, none-the-less. He's open for commissions, but much more active elsewhere, especially Twitter. I think there are links on his homepage to how to commission him.

Yup, I'm sure he thought that late night infomercial was for a more affordable version of the "Teeter hang-up" inversion table.
