Deep within one of the facilities owned by Sigma, the psychic lynx trains, using heavy weights on top of extensive workout regiments and various combat simulations. Although not what she was used to back home, what she does to keep in shape currently is more than enough. However, said efforts are not solely to keep in shape. Sigma is well aware that displays of physical and psychic strength are required in order to remind some of her own who is in charge, and while she could make the attempt to outright control them she finds it much easier if they are aware of a portion of what their leader is capable of. However, the feline's workouts are often private outside of select moments, a period of time where she finds herself in solitude and in a rather good mood.
