You know Judy, your most likely dehydrated and malnurished from not keeping anything down, and puking at random intervals. That alone says you might not be cut out for foot work at the moment.

She keeps saying "it will stick," as in a miscarriage may happen? Or is there another bunny anatomy term I am unfamiliar with?

Well, many women work well into their late pregnancy! I'm an EMT and I've worked with women who were 6-7 months pregnant. same with nurses. People sometimes have to work that long, or love their jobs. In Judy's case, she busted her ass to get her job and she wants to keep it. She's passionate about helping people, so she doesn't want that taken away from her. She's also scared of her body rejecting the baby since not much is known about pred/prey babies, so it's more of keep referring to it as an "it" and not telling anyone. I think not wanting to change jobs is another thing that she's worried about, also because the worry she'll be crushed if she gets her hopes up and starts to prepare for it and things go wrong.

So it's really not as much being stupid as it is passion for her job and to help people, and her actions being in denial just because she's afraid it won't last.
