Picking up where I'd left off from last week's "Throwback Thursday" presentation, I have a few more 'photo-ops' (taken by my brother Glenn, with the digital camera portion of his smartphone) from Sawgrass Recreational Park in the Everglades of south Florida.
Glenn arranged for me to obtain an annual pass, for me to take as many one-hour tours on one of the park's air-boats. On my initial tour, we got to see (along with the other tourists) lots of flora and fauna - including two alligators in the water of these wetlands, and an osprey up in a tree...
In this 'photo-op', Glenn caught one of the alligators off of the left side of the boat. The reptile was very cooperative in having its picture taken on the water's surface (instead of diving below and waiting for us to go away)...
I'll have more wildlife pix from Sawgrass Recreational Park, later on...
