Just looking at this dragoness pacifies me for some reason...

Perhaps its the elegant and simple curves of her form, or perhaps her hands and shape being semi-relate able to a human female; giving her what I believe to be a mature motherly appearance...

I could see a local village that would be perfectly fine with letting her look after their children, or even teaching them a few things about the world... Or perhaps using a great library in the middle of a city as both her horde and lair, Scholars, nobles, kings and those with deep troubling questions coming from across the continent to her for advice, and often waiting days if not weeks for an audience. The oceanic colored halls lined with books with long lived papyrus scrolls tucked away in shelves both cool and dry.... as calming and quiet as a mountain lake...

Though the blues and light sapphire also help with the calming effect~

... doesn't look trustable, so its a little hard to be calm around... looks like it can't be touched and is too good for people... umm... I kinda see what you're doing with the finders like its open for listening, but it kinda seems to me like its open to listening to your last words if you know what I mean...
But I really really like the dewdrops down the neck :J

lol, I think I can see where you're coming from - I think it depends on how you read her expression: if you see it as a calm, lidded content expression, it's much more trustworthy-seeming than if you see her as having a sly, narrow-eyed smug half-smile.
