It probably doesn't seem very birthday-ish, but... what could be more fun to end a day of celebrations with some good old together-time.. :3
About the image... It's a bit static looking, but I had a hard time coming up with something more dynamic since I'm getting rusty with my tablet.
Took about 4 hours and only used Painttool SAI, next to Photoshop for the typing bits.
