i'm glad i quit. used to be a chain smoker until they added something to the cigarettes that make them go out if not smoked every 30 seconds. whatever it was made me want to throw up whenever i took a drag. i used to smoke two cigs in a session but then i stopped damn near cold turkey. had maybe one per week until the middle of november, havent had one since. :D

now about coffee... extra strong, no cream or sugar.
