Continuing on with the cosplay theme -- Lunik the skunk as Snake from Metal Gear Solid! (Check out that radar module in the upper right... straight from an in-game screen shot 'cause I'm a dork.)

I think I spent somewhere around 12 hours actually working on this badge, which is more than I can say for a number of my artistic endeavors. As a result, this is likely one of the most pleasing badges I have ever created, as well as one of the most challenging. To say that I'm proud of it might be a minor understatement. :D

I now have a brand new respect for all you crazies that constantly cut out the teensiest little things while your making your little paper-thingies. I had to resort to the use of an extremely sharp pocket knife to get the smaller sections between the gun and headband, as well as a few of the tighter turns around the knuckles. Next time I decide to try something like this, I will be armed with an Xacto knife.

...As a semi-side note... I wish my scanner could pick up the sheen from my Prismacolor metallic pencils. The lettering would look lots less flat and blarghy. Oh well, it looks pretty snazzified in person!
