'How does she know who I’m going to visit? I told no one. I took a detour through the Goldenrod Park. And thus she waited for me on the pedestrian bridge at the park’s pond. When she spotted me I didn’t make an attempt to go around her, nor did she need to intercept me. She knew I would be passing by, by her mysterious ways. I am going straightaway to her, encountering her on the highest point of the bridge’s arch. No words are spoken, just staring, she’s closing by, touching my chest. It’s getting hard acting like a tough guy, but the pump is pounding and I’m afraid she may feel my nervousness. Is she doing this on purpose?'
"I’ll meet the old bird anyway and I’ll make him spill the rap. It’s none of your business, Kitten."

Tesla the male jolteon alias Rolling Thunder
'Don Pidgeotto, boss of all bosses, capo di tutti i capi, leader of the mighty pidgey family, godfather of Goldenrod City… the old bird. He controls half of the city and owns the other half. Highbinders in the town hall and police fukanos are wimping out before him or are on his payroll. Hell, of course it’s giving even me the creeps to face him. I’m afraid, I admit it, but I believe he knows something about my papa, some ugly secret. Something that makes him wanting Tesla to pay homage to him. I cannot ask mama about it, though I believe she knows everything about it. She’s avoiding everything affecting the old bird’s interests in the slightest. I’d love nothing better than giving him the electric cure just for that, but if there’s one thing even more terrifying than Goldenrod City within Don Pidgeotto’s claws it’s imagine my city descending into chaos caused by the power vacuum his death would leave behind.'
This is a collaboration with Fightingwolf. Her watchers might have recognised her style with the bold limbs and paws design and amazing anatomy yet. Fightingwolf made the pencilled sketch of the characters. I sketched the background, capes, inked the painting and digitally colourised it. She will perhaps make a coloured version of this ink painting too with her character’s perspective featured in the submission comment. I also have a feeling I need a new advanced course in drawing comic noir. I don’t know, it feels like there is not much more to learn from what literature I have at home.
Yes, my cape is still tattered from the battle with the Crimson Volt.
So, what do you guys think about this image and the scene?

Thank you very much! I am glad you say this, because the background did not turn out as nice as I wanted it to be. I am not unhappy with it, not at all, but I would have liked it a little differently with more highlights in the city lights and a more detailed bridge surface. I probably stopped to early the inking and relied to much on the digital colourising. I also need to find a new source to learn from. It feels like I didn't really improved for almost half a year?
