I gutted a guy from throat to crotch, once. With a knife, not a meathook, but close enough. Grossest thing ever. I had to get rid of the shirt I was wearing. Not to dispose of the evidence, but because it just couldn't be completely cleaned. The guy's stomach acids got on it or something.
