Hey sup. For you guys who don't know, I'm heading the creation of a SciFi MUD called Stellarmass. And that means I get to draw and design all SORTS of alien critters. Right now I'm designing the critters for the Shifter class. Shifters fail at using most armors and weapons, and instead can just shift into a critter for a various situations.
But here's another critter shifters can turn into. Erreth are a aquatic fish type critter from Kalaria. They are actually pretty big, getting up to 7 feet in length, but they don't get very thick, maybe a foot in diameter on the more bigger ones. Shifters will turn into these guys when underwater because they are fish, and thus lets them breathe underwater. Despite their rather scary looks, they actually are insectivores, and don't really go after other fish unless they are starving. They also got a mass of external gills, so they can get oxygen from even the poorest water. :D They seem to do well in just about any type of water except ones based on Acids.
