I'm a big fan of medical style weight gain, and by that i mean scenarios with a ton of machinery and a doctor or in this case a very familliar Miltank nurse gal x3
And here it seems the said nurse doesn't hesitate to keep her patients very soft unlike other doctors who just stuff broccoli down your throat ;w;
I'd much prefer this method, although being tied up is a bit excessive, it's not like i'll be able to move at this size ^^;;
