Offshore Flo aka infant 5 is one of the members of the Amity Park Babies Infants and one of Mileena Sanchez former friends when she was alive, she betraye Mileena like the other four to get their careers started and rune Mileena Sanchez diaper company. A few years after Mileena Sanchez,Offshore Flo also heard rumors of a huge storm that was about to pass her former friend's factory when she got there she meet up with Harriet Chin, Connie, Shelley Makamoto, and Tiffany Snow, they were capture by Mileena Sanchez aka Paddeia and it turns out that she spread the rumors about the factory being haunted but it was true she was haunting her own factory and force Harriet Chin, Connie, Shelley Makamoto, Tiffany Snow and Offshore herself to be Sam Manson aka Diapertrix and Paulina aka Padded personal minions as their punishment for bytraying her when she was a live. Offshore like the others hated it at first until their daughters ended up joining the group later as the newborns to bad for her on the day she went to the factory she found out that danny is her daugther's half brother and her daughter has a crush on him.
