His squirrel character, Raquel, who is a Grand Mystic of Wind! Raquel was a very fun character for me to paint - she's a regular squirrel who was born into a family of flying squirrels. This inspired her to create her own wing suit in order to fly like her family. She studied wind and air magic in order to achieve her dream, and became the youngest Grand Mystic in history, and was able to fly higher than any of her other naturally winged peers.
I thought Zeo came up with an incredibly inspiring story for her! I admire the theme of overcoming seemingly impossible odds and achieving your dreams through ingenuity, wit, and strength of will. I tried to show that feeling of boundless inspiration in the painting. :)
