With the glue, you figure that competition judges would have to figure a handicap system. Frank did a lot of professional circuit surfing after high school (which is why he's 34, but described as a law student).

Well, it might be a handicap all by itself if the specific stiction couldn't be made easily repeatable!
If it could be fine-tuned properly the other surfers might want some of their own! (except the geckos, their feet are already sticky by nature!)
