It strikes me as a little weird that Kass actually says, "Yes, please," when offered to be taught "how to be a yinglet." He's more openminded than most humans about scavs, but he still isn't exactly happy about being one. Or at least he wasn't that morning. Yet now he sounds almost eager, especially with that expression.
That too (assuming my assumption as to what you are referring to is correct), since there seems to be little information regarding that according to http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15053697 .
I would consider the nature of the "item" that transformed Kass to be potentially very valuable information, and Viracroix and Ran seem to be big-thinkers—knowledge is power. The fact that the local librarian turned Kass and his friends in to Ivenmoth upon Elim inquiring into records of a certain subject implies that Viracroix already had reason to lend some credence to such records.
Since a great deal of effort has been expended to illustrate how closely the average Yinlet's survival prospects mimic those of fruit flies, how do you think Kass is likely to react when he discovers his new found reproductive capacity must therefore equally match that of the aforementioned insect?
I'm surprised that no one stated that they "knew it" after reading that Narklet turned out to be up to no good after all. "It always the quiet ones." Remember? He may only have had one speech bubble of dialogue, but damn! He sure was quiet. Honestly, though; I love how they're talking about how he's there because of nefarious intentions, but he's shown to have a delightful, little smile on his face.
Did it really take me this long to realize that the name Narklet looks like it is a blend of 'Nark' and 'Yinglet'?
Some could say that's foreshadowing, others might say it's a coincidence, and still others would say it's a perfect opportunity for a red herring.
And I'm more busy wondering what percentage of the viewers of this comic wanted and still want to boop a yinglet on the snout.
*Also that bit in the description about the orange...
