Working on a couple of new outfits for Jessica - a new casual outfit and a new formal outfit. This is her casual outfit.
I'm not sure I'll be keeping the pigtail hairstyle, and I definitely think the outfit itself needs a little refining. If you have an idea for some tweaks, feel free to suggest them(but for the love of god, no "take it off" type suggestions).
Jessica's new formal outfit will be coming along eventually, as well. That one I'm almost certain I won't be tweaking.

So...space magical-girl vibe going on here. At least I hope that was the intention. I'm not sold on the design at all, though I'm sure you're not warranting opinion. In terms of working with what you have, I'd remove the odd texturing/pattern on the shirt and stockings. It's rather confusing on the eye and would be a pain to draw over and over again. Think about taking in the 80s power-dressing shoulders, and I'm not sure the bow/sash needs to be a shade of green, as it's expanding out the pallette way too much and it's a little 'vibrant' already.
But clearly I'm not a fan of the design, so you do what you think is best for your own creation ;3 Different strokes for different folks.
