Nor'Easter
-Spirit Dutch Angel Dragon
-Healing breath, has attempted Dimensional hopping
-Sexless, goes by female pronouns.
-Tall height in feral form, medium in anthro form
-Design based on a Black-Capped Chickadee and Llama
-Penchant for stealing bandanas, has soft spot in heart for Tropi's bright green one
-When making calls, has difficulty making 'bird chirps', but is excellent at making Whale calls.
-Very exuberant, 'dance-trots' when excited.
-Crooked teeth, very modest about exposing them.
-Always smiling, even when livid. Listen for a gurgling hum to know when mood is negative.
-Neck is smooth until she tucks her head, and fluffs up, usually does this when bashful, shy, or blushing.
-Near sighted, jumbo text and normal text she can read, will attempt to eat the thing if it's fine print.
-Likes small trinkets and shiny things, river stones, toys, swords, rings, bells. is also fond of very flashy and brightly patterned ponchos, parkas and blankets. Tassles are the best thing to tempt with.
-Does not normally wear clothes. when the occasion does occur, it's usually Tropi's clothing. Especially the socks and the shirts.
-Tongue darker green towards the back.
-Used to rocky, uneven and difficult to travel terrain, also used to snow, pawpads are hard and have a slightly rough texture, in the winter the paws gain thick fur along the underside.
-Tassles always present, no matter what.

This is my DutchAD, Nor'Easter. Granted not exactly horse-like. but I love her just the same. Those who want to or I'm commissioning to draw her are free to give her more equine features as long as the tail and ears are untouched.
She's based off of my memories of Washington, such as llamas that seemed so big to me when I was small, and the black capped chickadees that were abundant, plus the landscape and weather.
