Here is my first trial for Desim's head, made it in approximately 50 hours of work (spread over 4 days). The base is out of 20 mm thick car furniture foam. It's entirely flattening-proof (except for the eyes, but they are ugly and cheap, so never mind).
I've used a glue-gun for sticking all the fur together, a bottle screw-cap for the nose and plastic-covered paper for the eyes.
Version 1.1 will have an improved nose, eyes and mouth (but not untill august 2009).

All-by-all, a supercheap, quickmade head who turned out pretty well, don't you think?
