An oldie that's been lurking on my hard drive for about a year now. Drew it during early February 2015 right as I was settling into my internship, so between the daily grind and ongoing college project work, I suppose I forgot about it, or never got around to uploading it anyway.
So here's a more up-to-date representation of the Water Caste Emmisary Elsy in a slightly less "busy" and more simplied, streamlined version of her ambassadorial uniform.
-Background lines from "Tau City" concept art
-Planet / Sky from stock images (I honestly don't know who to credit, I had the original files on my old hard drive but I had to get the laptop refurbished and wiped a few months ago. So... credit to whoever owns it... sorry!)
-Costume designed by molokai42

Thanks! I do pride myself on a creative colour pallete. After the tedioum of lineart, colouring is where I enjoy myself immensely.
I'm glad you approve of the changes. I wanted it to retain an element of class without being... overcomplicated? Obviously the skirt might hinder her a bit in any Thrill-Seeking activities, so might need to do something about that.
Long as I've got friends and fans like you willing to motivate me, I'll absolutely keep pumping out art :D
