ELLIE: I never knew you could pull off something like that! I actually believed you were Deadpool himself what with your acting and funny jokes. That was so cool!
Leo was both confused and relieved. What he felt was gonna result in a scolding for posing as someone he wasn't after listening in on Cake's (a.k.a.
) and Ellie's (a.k.a. 
) conversation ended up being impressed feedback from his two friends.
LEO: You... really liked it? You thought it was cool?
CAKE: Yeah! I mean, sure it wasn't nice to have eavesdropped a bit, but to have you go to all that trouble just for us was pretty damn impressive.
ELLIE: That's so like you, Leo! Whatever tricks will you do next? *giggling*
LEO: Well, thank you! *chuckling* So I guess I was able to surprise you two now with my powers just as how you both surprised me with your powers! And that's kinda what it all boils down to what with my ability to utilise ninjutsu to do things like disguising and your ability to switch each other's minds.
CAKE & ELLIE: Oh?
LEO: As long as we all keep being our kind and friendly selves, it doesn't matter what forms or characters we may become. You, Cake, can be a fennaroo and still be as sweet as candy, and you, Ellie, can be a bat and still one tremendously cool friend of mine.
ELLIE: Naw, you are! And you could be Deadpool or Batman or whatever, and I'll know that that's the same awesome, funny ninja lion I've always known at the con!
Leo couldn't help blushing. Everyone was feeling the kindness and strong, unconditional bond of friendship all around.
CAKE: Oh! And speaking of Batman...
The fennaroo housing the soul of Cake pointed towards the opening of the Photobooth, and Leo and Ellie followed suit. Standing at the entranceway was a tiny Electric-Type Pokémon donning a small black cape and black eye-mask, and he was posing quite dramatically as if making a cliché yet grand entrance befitting a superhero.
LEO: Hey, Pika! You made it!
ELLIE: Aw, Pika's here!
The little yellow mouse ran straight towards the gang and hopped into Cake's and Ellie's arms. Everyone gathered around the costumed Pikachu who was all too happy to be in the presence of familiar faces.
CAKE: Look, he's even got a bat emblem on its back. "Batchu?" Aw, how cuuuute!
LEO: *chuckling* Yeah, it was Pika's idea. He was really looking forward to seeing all his awesome friends again this year. Hey, Pika- Er, I mean, "Batchu!" Wanna get some photos with us?
ELLIE: Whaddya say, lil' guy?
PIKA BATCHU: Pika piii!
Laughter was shared all around once more as everyone thought up of some more poses together for another round of photos. Heroes can possess any multitude of powers and take form of whatever creature they want. But should their hearts change, they will no longer be the hero their friends have come to love. Be super. Be awesome. Be you.
