he kinda does look like a girl. Maybe if you just made it a bit shorter at the sides it might look more like a guy? Im not sure, just tossing ideas around, cuz that hair style kinda reminds me of Light's from Death Note, just a tad bit longer.

Hmm.....Try maybe making it seem a bit more bits...I knwo that didn't make much sense. But I mean like, Light's was almost exactly like that, but his had more points to it, and was put into smaller strands and bits. Maybe that would help? Im not too sure. Im just using Light as an example cuz so far thats the only person (next to this picture) that I've seen this similar hairstyle on before.
