This is Durge from the traditionally animated, " Dexter's Laboratory " version of " Star Wars, The Clone Wars ". He's kinda-sorta taken on many appearances in his day in the sun but I prefer the way he looked in the cartoon best. It was more other-worldly.

I remember when he seemed like he was being set up to become what Grievous eventually became. And, in fact, being only passingly familiar with the cartoon and forgetting Durge's name, when I saw Episode III I actually thought Grievous was him.

I didn't care for him or Assajj Ventresss until I saw them in action in this series. Cuz they were action figures and in comics before this 'toon aired.
