Another steampunk-inspired thingamajig! It's a simple trinket, more of an art piece than something to be worn, though with a fob chain (I have one, actually, might have a look) I'm sure it'd work well as part of a steampunk costume :)
I quite like this, the gear in front acts as a nice front piece and you can peer through into the gearwork inside. Lots of fun to put together, this.

I like how simple it is, it would make a cool locket, and if you could toss a small wind up music box in it that would rock socks. I had one that was small enough, but it plaied "Yesterday" by the beetles on a small disk that kind of spun when it wanted to and had a weird counterweight bar on it, though that would make it not spin in the watch *shrugs* eh but it would still be an awesome locket ^.^
