that looks like an issue with the hard drive which could probably just be fixed by getting a new hard drive with windows 7-10 for like 150 dollars which is the fastest and easiest way to fix the problem unless you wanna fuck around with the bios but it looks like a common thing for dell's because when i look up "Boot device not found" a dell trouble shooting website pops up
batteries will do that that can also be replaced for around 30 dollars http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Dell+laptop+battery&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3ADell+laptop+battery also here is a laptop hard drive http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-2-5-Inch-Internal-Notebook-ST500LT012/dp/B008BTOBWA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1459642364&sr=8-1&keywords=laptop+hard+drive+with+windows+7
Hi, I don't know you but I do know computers and I happened to see this in the new submissions. This isn't a total waste, this just means that your hard drive is no longer recognized by your computer. Instead of needing to afford a whole different laptop, if you could possibly get a small internal 2.5 inch laptop drive and replace it, you could reinstall Windows and your laptop would likely work again, at least for a while. You would need a recovery medium (like a Windows disc or an ISO) as well.
This looks like a Dell laptop, the native version of Windows that was installed on it might be on a little sticker on the bottom and if you're lucky it even includes your CD key.
