it's a good redesign, but it could use more sports tape, attitude, and "grrrl power!!"

yyyyeah, i don't either. they flesh her out more in the cartoon, but they also dropped all her archaeological knowledge that was in the game as well as her being able to decipher ruins. but when it's in the game, it makes no sense because it's so random. and how did she know cliff? i wouldn't mind all that if they just explained it, honestly.

i think a lot of what happened in the game was a case of them going "we'll explain it later in development" and then forgetting/not caring
show amy is kinda weird too, it's like each writer is giving her a different personality and they're all getting mashed together in the final product. i do really like that they keep dropping sonamy hints in the show but never actually confirm it, just to make the fans squirm

i think it's because amy had this established personality for so long that now that they've made her technically older and "smarter" they don't know what to do with her. old amy wasn't perfect, but her personality was consistent and we all knew who she was without having to think too hard
