I love this, it's a thing I've had on my mind for a while after I got my Shark Garrus ref sheets. I hope to add this or another pose of the same form to the ref sheet from Skulldog in future.
I guess you could pretty much say this is Garrus aligning himself in the water after diving in, shapeshifting to his sleeker shark form in mid air as he hits the water.
