The expression does say groggy/tired/hung over/in some form of pain, but I like that. Simply because it's not something I ever see. His left shoulder looks a bit small next to his right, but then that could be that his right shoulder is just off. I hear shoulders are very hard, though. One of those dynamic joints that the flesh kind of rolls over... so I don't know for sure. The bicep on the left arm definitely seems short... It's sort of like you spent so much time focusing on getting the left one perfect that the right one suffered. :-/

Lovely detail on the tail, though it looks sort of odd with the rest of him being so prim and clean and orderly.
