Yeah, nothing like a broad and completely inaccurate statement of a movement of which the vast majority don't do anything like that and get falsely accused of it constantly by others who have an active attempt to degrade the label or anything like that.
It isn't like there are quite a few groups, who concentrate on work in this area, and everything you have said is completely inaccurate and a horrible false statement. Oh wait, yes it is. That was exactly the point I was making. Your ridiculous false straw-man that continues the work to degrade the label and work in desperate attempts to draw attention to major problems that no-one seems to give a shit about.

There are certain inequalities that affecs men, hwoever to state that they are in any way proportional to what women deal with, especially sexual assault and workplace discrimination, is blatantly false. Oh, and MRA groups by FAR contain more assholes that you're crediting them for. You cant just shrug and go "well they're not TRUE MRA's" when you benefit from their support and their numbers.

Yes there are, quite a few in fact. To name a couple, probably the top ones that are lacking for males currently in the Western world.
1: Right to bodily integrity.
2: Right to a fair trial.
3: Right to support services (mor specifically in domestic violence, but other areas as well).
4. Father's rights.
5. Equal opportunity (not equality of outcome).

I absolutely agree! Women are a lot more, as the SJWs call 'privileged' in the West than men are.
Regarding workplace discrimination, females have a lot more protections and rights enshrined in the law then men do. Men are able to be discriminated against just to fill a quota or to make the company look good. Now, I am definitely not saying that women don't have any issues. I am an egalitarian after all, and do recognise that there are areas that women do suffer and need assistance in. However, when it comes to the West, men suffer and need assistance and get none. Just look to the (depending on your study) 30-50% of domestic violence victims, men/males, how many support services are there for them? Oh yeah, pretty much none. Tough it up man. Just put up with it. Etc...

Though I do have to point out at this point, look to feminism. There are a lot more examples of horrible people in that movement. Heck, the 'no true Scotsman' fallacy keeps being used by them all the time, no no, they aren't TRUE feminists. So, yeah, your argument point is kinda moot there.

On your comment regarding sexual assault. Did you know that in the US more males are raped than females? This does take into account prison populations however.
But, how about how many young males are raped in juvenile detention? I suppose that there isn't much coverage or knowledge about that because it is just women raping young boys. But, yeah.
How about false rape claims, and that it is very hard if not impossible to recover from them? How about the kangaroo courts set up in many Western universities (most notably within the US) that will try and expel males who are accused, with no chance of a fair trial or anything. And then after that no chance to recover.
What about the female only scholarships, even though the majority of university students are female? Where is the fairness there?
What about, in regards to work, the 200% higher chance of a female being employed over a male in STEM fields, just because of quotas and the need to 'look good'. Blatant discrimination against males. But yeah, much better to just push a straw-man and falsehood.
What about the continued falsehoods pushed by feminist groups and organisations, that have assisted in passing sexist laws such as the 'Violence Against Women Act' in the US. Where police have to arrest the larger and stronger party in any domestic disturbance area. Even if they are the victim.
What about how feminist organisations have colonised the domestic violence area, ensuring that the conversations is always that females are the victims and males are the perpetrators?
