Very cool looking stuff... I grew up on that classic open vest style like in #1, but I also really love #4 and #5. #4 feels rather natural for the design, actually.

I grew up with the classic as well, but it now it probably seen as offensive since none of the other female characters in Sonic world walks around with barely any cloths, so #4 is what I would go with since it cover Sally well enough.

I would have totally gone with four with two tiny changes.
I. The Leotards color would be better if it were the color orange
II. She should have the boots of option number two.

Sally would also have a white utility belt with a gold belt buckle with her family houses crest on it.
