This design was built around a outfit purchased from LotusLumino a while back. I always knew that the outfit would be worn by Uhamera royalty, I just didn't get around to designing her before now.
So yep. This lady is the queen of her species. She does not have a name, yet. And I am in the middle of fleshing out how the politics of the species work. (Apart from the fact that leaders and ambassadors are always female).
I'll hopefully have more on that later on.
