Ha-so!... It was you that commissioned this piece so long ago... secret's out I suppose, not that it matters;)

Me and the rat used to discuss all kinds of oddities and aspects of what would happen in a were-creatures life: diet, behavior, coping mechanisms, etc...

Lately I've gotten zero radio contact from him... Dunno if I ticked him off or not, as he won't say anything. Knowing his all too aloof and meh-about-everything nature, I can only assume he's just said everything he thinks needs to be said between us: never been much for small talk.

Still, he's the best mentor I'd had in ages. Its interesting knowing where this work came into the picture though... sort of like typing up loose ends.

As for the picture itself, its one of my favorite works of his: he went ape on the dress details, using a real clothing catalog to get everything right. the anatomy of the girl itself is well done as well.

Oh yes, it was me. :) I got three images, one as a gift, and two for me. :) I haven't heard much from him lately, I'm waiting on some work for him, but he does respond periodically. I suppose I should try and reach him again.

Yeah, I was surprised how detailed the dress was, I loved the way it looks, it looks like she spent a lot of money on it. :)

*thinks about it* hmm... He owes me some work from years and years ago... but Always tends to sort of dodge the issue, either saying he'll get to it or acting like he didn't hear me entirely. I know its alot to ask from a stranger, but if you do happen to catch his attention, see if he remembers anything about a swan tf from a certain seacigar. If a swan is too much of a pain, I suppose a tf of my orca or flammie avatar would be fine, but heck, even a message saying he decided not to do it would be fine as well: more than anything, I'm looking for closure. maybe getting an inquiry from an unexpected source will throw him off enough to provide an answer. And I don't exactly nag him on it either: I might ask every couple of months to half a year or so: if I sound obsessed, sure thing: he's one of my favorite artists (even though he thinks he sucks ;) )

I suppose I make him sound like a jerk, but meh, I learned enough about him when he was chatty that he's just an odd thinker, and not exactly a social animal (pun sort of intended;p ) I hold no ire against him... more than anything, I'm just perplexed (actually, I think he gets a thrill out of being "mysterious" ;)

Oh, and you might have already discussed this with him, but yeah, she is apparently transforming due to the wedding stress: it wasn't a mere coincidence that she changed at this time (hence the title) This bit of info might just add a bit of, I dunno... plot... to the picture? And oddly enough, one of the things I like most in this picture is her pawhands: very articulate, and essentially how I'd see mine on such creatures (I dunno if you can see any of his style in my work, but he was a big influence.

The last time I heard from him I'd changed my commission, and then he sent me an ok and that was all I had heard, but that was a while back. I'll probably have to hunt down his email and see if I can reach him period first.
