Hello everyone. You might be wondering why you're looking at an incomplete page. Well the answer is complex, so here's the lowdown: If I don't want to loose my mind trying to put out a page a month (more preferably), then I'm going to need a colorist. If you want to try your hand at it, you can right-click, download the Hi-Res PNG file here: http://www.dsvnautica.com/cpg14ink.png . Once done, please repackage the image as a PNG and e-mail it back with the name you'd like to go by.
Of course you'll be credited, and if you're willing I'd like to take you on as my colorist on a regular basis. There's no pay, just kudos.
Just a few notes on what I'd like to see done:
- In panel two her face should be mostly obscured by the light from the sun (see the little dot over her head?). If you're going to use a lens-flare, please draw it, and don't cheat with a filter (okay, you can cheat a little)
- The background for panel three is mostly just jungle, see http://www.dsvnautica.com/cpg03.htm for reference.
- For color reference, you can pull from http://www.dsvnautica.com/cpg04.htm
- Don't worry too much about the text bubbles, once I get the color, I'll drop it in behind my layers on my version of the file.
