Gruff and solitary, Juan Ramirez embodies the figure of the hermit who hates to socialize and prefer to live his life in solitude, far away from the distractions of the civilized world. Despite this gruff nature however, Juan has actually a good heart and is always ready to help people, whenever he get the chance.
Still, it's much better to no bother him without a good reason since he tends to have quite a bad temper and can get awfully cranky quite easily.
Not much of his personal story is known. The tribesman of the Naora swamp mentioned that Juan was not from their land but he was accepted by the tribes since he showed great wisdom and used his healer's knowledge for helping the tribes.
Juan has rarely spoke of his past, he only mentioned that he "decided to abandon civilized life in order to find his true self".
Skills/abilities: Juan is an extremely proficient potion maker. Even if he is unable to use magic, his knowledge in potions allow him to prepare various concoctions than can grant him a vast array of powers and abilities, whenever he needs them.
As a direct consequence of his potion knowledge he is also a skillful healer.He also shown some knowledge in shamanistic camps that grants him some supernatural abilities (summoning of natural spirits, limited clairvoyance,...).
His large bulk and reptilian nature grants him a high level of strength and endurance, even when he is not making use of potions.
Personality: Juan tend to be most the tough strong silent guy. He also enjoys solitude and hate to socialize and talk, preferring to say just the strict necessary.
Despite this gruff nature he has actually a good heart and is always ready to help people in need, especially the tribesman of the swamp. He also showed occasionally a softer side of his personality when interacting with children.
Despite this he maintains generally an authoritarian, disciplinary figure mostly.
