Phoebe Arctan AKA Icepeck

Being completely honest, Phoebe is pretty much every stereotype you can give a penguin. Her personality could be described as ‘chill’, her powers are ice-themed, and her day job is working in the freezer section of a supermarket. Heck, her superpowers were granted to her when she uncovered a frozen statue from her ancestors while exploring in her homeland. After discovering she had control over ice and cold she moved to Megatropolis City to try and fight the rising crime there.

Her powers are basically every ‘ice power’ character ever- she can lower the temperature, generate ice and snow from water molecules in the air, is immune to the cold itself, all that stuff. Her superhero name, Icepeck, is a pun on multiple levels- it sounds similar to ‘ice pick’ and ‘ice pack’



Kara Firmma AKA Thunder Thighs

Species: Kangaroo

Age: 18

Weight: 450 pounds

It’s little exaggeration to say that Kara lives and breathes kickboxing. She’s not necessarily the most violent person, though she won’t hesitate to fight. Many make the mistake of assuming that just because she’s so heavy she’s out of shape. In reality this is far from the truth- she’s just as fit as someone half her weight, if not more.

Unlike most other heroes she sees no need to hide her identity, as her powers run in her family and they are well known for it. As such, she doesn’t bother with a superhero outfit. In fact, she doesn’t bother with much for clothes at all- due to being used to warm environments she usually only wears ill-fitting shorts and a bra, though sometimes she will don a shirt. She didn’t even have a proper hero name until Phoebe suggested it as a joke.

Her powers allow her sudden, intense burst of speed as she thrusts her limbs. This has many applications- long distance jumping, super-punching and creating small, localized earthquakes are just a few.



Cammy Flander AKA Slip

Species: Slamander

Age: 21

Weight: Varies, usually 300-375

Cammy has been described by her peers as ‘the weird girl’. Even before she got her powers she exhibited strange behaviors. Instead of dying her hair, she would use her color changing ability to ‘dye’ her entire body different colors. Rather than eat food normally, she uses her tongue to quickly snap it up like a frog. She doesn’t let her strangeness bother her and keeps an upbeat, if nonchalant attitude almost constantly. Even after being soaked with toxic waste and turning into a slime-based lifeform, she retained her cool persona. With some practice she learned how to retain her shape, allowing her to appear normal from the outside.

She would go on to become a superhero, choosing the simple name ‘Slip’ because “I make people slip on my goo.” Indeed, while she is in complete control over the slime that comprises her body, she can also generate a much smoother and more slippery goo and fire it from her hands or tail. However, she cannot control this ‘projectile goo’ once it is fired, and as such is not considered part of her body anymore. Her powers also allow her to digest almost any material, as well as create air pockets inside her that she can store objects in. She is also known to use this ability to eat massive amounts of food at a time. As such, her weight tends to fluctuate.
