how you make the mouthhole retaining the poligonaje??

I usually use the mask brush to make a hole and then work with that.

I'm not even remotely a stickler for detail but if you look carefully in me movie her teeth are crooked and it adds a ton of character , giving it an imperfect natural look to it c: (sorry if this is an unwanted comment! Feel free to hide it!)
