Lagiacrus's neck is so perfect for this sort of thing: Long, slender, flexible and with powerful muscles - great throat bulge potential, and slooooow gradual trips down it for the swallowed victims that refuse to give in so easily, but can't do anything but delay their arrival in the stomach below.

And here i always liked the Hydra from Dragon's Dogma for those slow trips. I think it takes a grand total of 2 minutes for the devour animation.

So much detail, the maws and all that....

It only takes two minutes (slightly less for the archydra) when your characters are the ones to get swallowed. NPCs go down in one swift trip that only takes a few seconds. I'd say "Game mechanics" but it's still giving us more time to enjoy the process <3 (Plus, little gulp/swallow sounds when the bulge slides a bit further down the gullet!)

Mmm yes; it's a shame when there's just one quick snap of the jaws and then half a second later you're in the stomach. Takes a lot of the fun out of it when it ends so quickly.

A lot of sauropods would be great for this too, since they've got some mighty long necks~ Oh and the new defenseless herbivore monster in MHX / Generations is a sauropod. Nobody's done any vore of it yet, though I plan on doing so sometime <3

The fatalis trio also have fairly long necks, but Lagiacrus is still a huge fav of mine <3

Royal Ludroth is great too. Not as long of a trip but given that it's a little smaller his throat muscles will have to squeeze you a bit harder to work you down X3
