After seeing Zootopia on 3/26/16, I had this urge to draw something that had Zootopia as the main inspiration. I didn't want to draw any of the characters though, as many are already... used quite a lot. So, lo and behold! The Zootopia Police officer Kit Valentina. I tried my best to get their suit style right, as well as the style of the movie itself, but my own art start was coming through strong. So Kit was the natural subject for me, with her clad in a more S.W.A.T type look.

She doesn't have a real firearm though, preferring to use a modified taser gun, standard cuffs as well as alterations to her gear to allow for use of her wings(they're rarely used, but the small mark on the corner of the right shoulder, and the dorsal stripe, is the only clue to this. Her badge is a modified version of her collar, while she also has an small earpiece to speak to a partner or superior office on a case.

Lastly, the extra armor on Kit's knee pads and her forearms, are bullet proof(more so her forearms than knees), using her lithe frame and speed to deflect ammunition thrown her way. Due to her species, Nova Foxes, Kit has excellent hearing from her large ears, eyesight and night vision that would make a cat jealous.

Though these are only SOME of what Nova Foxes can do, the magical aspect is left out, due to me feeling it would be unfair for their species to have it and not anyone else.

Woo! This one was actually a lot of fun, taking me a couple hours to finish, though I worked hard on the still simple pose, the armor, where her chest plate should end, what weapons or armor she's use, and trying my best to get it as close to the Disney style in the movie as I could. As for the image itself, Kit is on a mission with her new partber, requiring them to sneak into a vent area, with her partner being relatively reluctant.

"Don't worry! This vent system should hold our weight just fine!"
