Nothing too special about this, it was honestly just a sketch that I liked enough that I felt it deserved some colour to it. Since there's nothing abhorrent about it, from what I can see at least, I figured I may as well share. I don't post art very often, so, only fair that I start by sketching a little more often and sharing what I like the most.

For this, I was trying to do a few things differently. For starters, I haven't drawn an open mouth since... oh god, that's a while. Secondly, I wanted this fellow to have a slightly less typical furry look to him, in that the neck fur is far wider and poofier, in comparison to the very common coloured human neck with animal head theme (not that I have anything against it, I do it frequently, I just wanted to try something different). I also tried to adjust his torso anatomy to be less human, but I'm not that great, plus the clothes make that hard to notice.

Again, this was really just a little bit of fun and not at all a focused and dedicated drawing, hence the lack of detail, but I really liked how this turned out; I may do this more often and reserve the painful detail to more... dedicated drawings.
